Track Your Students for Easy Contact, Eligibility, Team History, and Awards.
The student module is the basis for identifying all of the students who participate in the athletic programs at your school. Contact your students with mailing labels or mass emails.
The following general information is tracked per student:
- General student demographic contact information
- Entry into 9th grade, current grade level and expected graduation year
- Guardian and emergency contact names and contact information
- Physical, Insurance, Medical, and Alert Information
- Transfer students requirements, previous school contacts, and athletic experience
- History of all teams the student has participated in.
Additional Features include:
- Numerous reports are provided to allow view and printing of student eligibility, participation, ethnicity and gender statistics, and awards
- Mailing labels to students and/or guardians
- Mass emails to students and/or guardians with attachments
- Graduation Process for end of year increment of student grade levels, move seniors to alumni, creation of new school year teams
