Find Qualified and Available Officials for All of Your Games.
Your Sportspak AD Officials database will provide you with who is officiating each of your games, who is qualified and available, and track all of the game fees.
The following Inventory information is tracked for all Officials:
- Tracking of individual official's demographic and contact information
- Qualifications by sport and level and geographic territory
- Official's scheduling preferences (if applicable)
- Official's availability and block out dates and times
- Assignment of officials to games based upon qualifications and availability
- Eliminates double bookings
- Track turnbacks and no-shows
- Accrue game fees and additional expenses (if applicable)
- Assignments reports by school and by officials
- Quickly find an available and qualified official for a specific game
- Game Change Notifications emailed to officials with reason, new date, time, and\or facility
