Can I get a demo of Sportspak AD before I purchase it?

A remote online demo can be provided from your office to our office. Click on the 'Request a Demo/Quote button' or call our office to schedule. We estimate a full demo to take approximately 1 hour.

In the future we will be offering Webinars to provide group demos for multiple schools at regularly scheduled times. Check this website for updates on this offering.

How do I get my current students into Sportspak AD without having to manually enter them all?

We currently provide a free service for importing your current student data into Sportspak AD if it is in the following format:

SASI data file
A Spreadsheet formatted and provided by MVP Software.

In the future we will be offering other file formats based upon common school student admin systems.

Can I only use Sportspak AD for one school?

No, you may setup your Sportspak AD to handle your high school and middle schools within one system. You can also setup a district wide version of Sportspak AD with multiple high schools and a district administrator access.

The multi-user network license is required to run Sportspak AD from more than one PC. The cost of the license is based upon the number of concurrent users you wish to make available.

What happens after the first school year with regard to student grade levels, team rosters, and budgets?

During your first year you will have established the current student database with current grade levels for each student. You will have setup your team rosters for the current year as well as your school budgets and inventory.

A 'Graduation Process' is provided within Sportspak AD that performs the following operations:

All students' grade levels will be incremented to the next grade.
All seniors (grade 12) will be removed from the Student Table and moved to the Alumni Table for future contact and tracking.
All current Teams will be copied to a new Team for the new school year. Seniors will be removed and the grade level of each student on the roster will reflect the new grade level. Manual changes and additions can be made to each roster.
All budgets for the current school will be copied to the new school year. Manual changes and additions can be made to each budget accordingly.

Most of the data entry will take place prior and during your first school year. We've tried to implement provisions to minimize redundant data entry each subsequent year.

Can I display our school logo on reports?

All reports within Sportspak AD can display the school's logo. This is a free service. We request your logo prior to implementation pre- sized to specific dimensions to fit within the logo section of the reports.

Is support provided?

Support is provided as part of the annual license fee.

Do we automatically get upgrades?

Sportspak AD software upgrades are provided periodically as part of the annual license fee.
